Welcome to Octa Club, the private membership club offering premium mobile communication and a personal travel assistant for our special clientele. By joining Octa Club, members agree to these Terms of Service, which govern their use of our services. Please read them carefully.

2.1. The annual membership fee for Octa Club is $10,000.

2.2. By paying the membership fee, members are securing their participation in the club. The premium mobile communication and concierge service are offered to members at no additional cost.

2.3. Membership access to the services described herein will only be granted upon receipt of 100% payment.

2.4. The membership fee is non-refundable once paid.

3.1. Premium Mobile Communication: Members will have access to unlimited calls in 130 countries, a secure mobile internet connection with a 9 GB limit per month, and up to 5 virtual numbers from different countries for receiving incoming calls and SMS.

3.2. Concierge Service: Assistance with business aviation, yacht chartering, transfers, car rentals, hotel reservations, and purchasing airline tickets. All services ordered through the concierge service are to be paid separately by the member.

4.1. Connection will be facilitated via a SIM card, either physical or eSIM. The desired format should be specified before activation.

4.2. For the delivery of a physical SIM card, the following details are required: full name of the recipient, delivery address, and contact phone number.

4.3. Delivery of the physical SIM card is covered by the club at no extra charge to the member.

5.1. Members are strictly prohibited from using the premium mobile communication for fraudulent activities. Any such misuse will result in immediate termination of membership without refund and possible legal action.

6.1. Octa Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our services or otherwise under these terms.

6.2. The concierge service is provided by a third-party partner. Octa Club is not responsible for the data protection of any information passed to the concierge service or for the quality of services provided by them.

Octa Club reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be informed of any significant changes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Octa Club is registered.

By making payment and joining Octa Club, the member agrees to and accepts all terms and conditions laid out in this document.
